Success at 60 wpm!

I passed my 60 wpm final exam, which means that I graduated from Theory III! Yippee!

Apparently, third time's a charm. I passed during my third attempt. The first attempt was pretty close, and the second attempt I completely tanked. My brain totally froze up and I kept hesitating on words that I knew. By the time I took the exam the third time, I had worked through my hesitation issue.

I'm really going to put in the time on RTC over the two-week break and really work on my accuracy.

My motto for the Fall term ~ Without accuracy, speed means nothing!

  1. Congratulations on passing out of Theory; that's awesome! Does that mean you're moving on to speedbuilding?

I just rediscovered my rhythm and clarity this week, and I'm feeling really good about it. I've been doing Magic Drills from courtreportinghelp.com to focus on dropping quickly and maintaining accuracy. Cheers to you and to another successful semester!

  2. Thanks, Jenni! Yes, I'm moving on to my first speedbuilding class. I understand it's a combination class of 80-100 wpm students. There will be 8 of us in this class; all at different speed levels I suppose . . .

It's nice to have all the theory classes finally behind me!
